Returns

The item must:

Be returned with its original packaging

If the return is due to an error by JananWatches, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect product, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate solution.

For returns due to a change of mind or other reasons not caused by an error on our part, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
